Summary
This assessment, based on triangulation of qualitative and quantitative data from different sources, aimed to systematize and describe the Twinning Model Strategy (TMS) as implemented by PEPFAR partners in the Dominican Republic, during the period October 2016 – July 2018. It focuses on lessons learned and best practices to be shared in similar socio-cultural contexts.
